Studio A converts to a beautiful, professionally appointed dining room with capacity for 50 seated guests or as many as 80 for standing receptions.

The adjacent veranda offers additional dining capacity for up to 12, or comfortable lounge style for 6 - 8.

Studio B converts to a cozy upper floor dining and meeting space with capacity up to 30.

The bay window offers the best views of the pass and upstairs is a warm hideout from the rain. 

please note that the 2nd floor does not have wheelchair access.

The grounds offer space for over 200 guests to mingle and participate in your event

The Terrace is comfortable for 20 seated guests and with the front garden can accommodate up to 30 diners al fresco.

24x20' deck, covered with a 20'x20' marquee tent provides dining capacity for 40 or adds space for 60 standing reception area and extension of STUDIO A.
