RECORDING SERVICE​​

Using our collection of microphones and recording equipment we will help you get the best possible capture of your performances in our wonderful and vibey live room. If there are specific microphones and instruments that you wish to use on your recording, various rentals can be arranged.

A well rehearsed singer/songwriter with minimal instrumentation can easily complete a 3 song EP in a day of recording.
We know our gear and our room very well and we can work quickly with you or at whatever leisurely pace you'd like to go with your material. ​​​​
PRODUCER SERVICE
$500 /song
Includes EDITING and MIXING

Our producer can help you realize the vision for your song and assist in getting the tones and melodies from inside your head and "onto the page". We can help with everything from song structure and arrangement to ensuring you get your best performance when the mics are hot.
We can organize your sessions to ensure efficient and effective studio time and arrange for talented accompanying musicians, or lay down an instrument part ourselves if needed. Our producer is a skilled musician and has many hours logged on both sides of the microphone on vocals, drums, guitars, bass and keys and will work with you to help you put out your best work.

Included with Producer services is a gear collection that features several great drum sets and cymbals, some fantastic tube guitar amps and stacks of quality well maintained guitars and basses for all styles of music. We also have portable keyboards, a less-portable upright grand piano, some choice percussion instruments, a quality selection of mics, analog mixers and recording interfaces, as well as every cable and adaptor we could possibly need, plus backups. A full gear list can be sent your way if you're looking for something specific. We can also help to arrange rentals for additional instruments and gear that may be required for your project. ​​​

The producer is also responsible for contributing shaker parts that need to be added to the mix at the end.

With our in-house catering and hospitality program, musicians and producers can fully immerse in complete focus on the art.
Great bountiful healthy food, to feed brain, heart and soul.
Our daily rate includes 3 chef-prepared meals served and cleaned up, plus self-serve snacks and drinks available throughout the day.
Every project is different and particulars can vary a lot from artist to artist.
